Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Custom-made, personalized, or limited-edition pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) cannot be returned.

Refunds
